PROJECTS
This project aims to build a care centre for the housing of 20-orphaned girls and assist those children in acquiring basic education by supporting them through nursery, primary and secondary school. Furthermore the project seeks to set up a nursery, which will be also opened to the public. This will provide early education for the orphaned children residing in the centre as well as for other children in the community.
The project also aims to start up a farm on the grounds that will not only provide the centre with vegetables, eggs and milk and such produce but also a source of income. The aim here is for the centre to eventually be fully self supported and become a source of greater support to the community.
EDUCATION
Additional to the on-site nursery for the children the project seeks to partner with Lypars the Adventist School for the primary and secondary stages of the children’s schooling. The children will also learn life skills like nutrition and hygiene through various formations.
LOCATION
The project will be situated in Soamanandrariny Antananarivo the capital city of Madagascar.
STAFF
For the running of the center, 8 staff members will be recruited. These individuals will take care of the daily running of the site.
